PREC ESS (“the App”) is an Employee Self-Service application provided by PKNS Real Estate Sdn Bhd (“we”, “us”, “our”) for use by our employees. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the App, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

- Camera and Photos: The App may access your device’s camera or photo gallery for purposes such as clock-in verification (selfie) or document uploads (e.g. supporting documents for leave or claims).

We use the information collected to:
- Verify your identity and attendance
- Process HR requests such as leave applications and claims
- Generate payroll and attendance reports
- Maintain and improve the App’s functionality and security
